Billing questions

What is the difference between Artist and Studio?

Artist gives you unlimited HD rendering with the core design tools — enough for clean, professional posts. Studio adds 4K, your own logo, exact brand colors (hex) and photo backgrounds, the Glossy and Color wax record finishes, and a larger Downloads archive (Artist 15 MB, Studio 50 MB of storage).

What can I do without paying?

Design and preview in every tool for free, and — with a free account — create unlimited GIFs, saved to your Downloads. Video rendering (MP4) and the Studio effects require a plan — from the one-time Release pack.

How does the Release pack work?

One payment of €4.99 gives you 5 HD video renders that never expire, plus unlimited GIF and mockup PNG exports. Your 5 videos stay in your Downloads archive; GIFs and PNGs are not archived on this plan — download them when you render. Need more later? Buy another pack or upgrade to Artist.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time from your account page. Upgrades are prorated automatically: Stripe charges only the difference for the remaining period, so you never pay twice. Downgrades credit the unused amount toward the next invoice. You can also cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the period ends.

How does annual billing work?

Flip the Monthly/Annual switch above. Annual is one payment for 12 months at 20% off: Artist €95.90/year (≈€7.99/mo), Studio €143.90/year (≈€11.99/mo). The Release pack is a one-time payment — it has no billing cycle at all.

Will I lose my design when I subscribe mid-editing?

No. Your design — artwork, colors, every setting — is saved in your browser automatically. After payment you land back in the editor with everything exactly as you left it, and your video starts rendering on its own.

What happens right after I pay?

Stripe brings you back to the editor. Within a few seconds the plan activates (the page shows the progress), your restored design renders automatically, and the file is saved to your Downloads.

Can I upgrade from Artist to Studio?

Yes — open Account → Manage subscription and switch plans in Stripe portal. The change is prorated automatically.

How does file storage work?

Each plan includes archive storage measured in megabytes (Artist 15 MB, Studio 50 MB). When it fills up, the oldest files are removed automatically to make room for new renders. Files already downloaded to your device are yours forever.

How do I cancel?

Account → Manage subscription → cancel. It takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then everything keeps working.

How do I pay?

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.

Do you offer refunds?

If rendering fails or produces corrupted files while subscribed, contact us and we will make it right. Cancelling stops future charges; started periods are not partially refunded.

Can I use the files commercially?

Yes — releases, ads, client work, merch. You must own or have licensed the artwork you upload.
